PlanNet21 Acquires Hutchinson Networks
In June 2019, we were delighted to make the acquisition of Hutchinson Networks in Edinburgh, Scotland. The businesses assets and IP was bought out of Administration and has played an important role for PlanNet21 Communications as we expand our operations in the UK. We were delighted to retain some of Hutchinson Networks employees as well as some customers who have all played a critical role in our new customer acquisitions over the past 12 months.

Looking forward to the next 12 months we plan to continue to expand across the UK, expanding our Edinburgh operation and increasing employment and investment in the UK. We have some really exciting projects in the pipeline which will be some real game changers for our UK operation. We see the majority of our growth coming from our Collaboration and Contact Center solutions. Remote and security applications are also showing exponential growth following the unprecedented times that we live in.
