- Experience with Visial Studio
- Knowledge of SQL & Database Structures
Desired Skills:
- Java
- Javascript
- SOAP / Webservices
- IVR (Voice XML & SRGS grammars)
- Experience with Cisco Telephony and Contact Centre technologies (CUCM, UCCX, ICM, CVP)

Network Engineer:
We are currently looking to hire a graduate Cisco network engineer for a permanent position based in our Cork Office.
We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer looking to grow and develop. The successful candidate will join a dynamic
organisation working within a team of 20+ engineers across Ireland. This role will require the ongoing certification of the
candidate to at least CCNP, and potentially further.
Required Skills:
- CCNA certified (or looking to complete this in the immediate future)
- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
- Drivers License
- Virtualisation and Data Centre exposure an advantage
The successful candidate will be required to work on active projects which will require travel and some out of hours support.
A flexible attitude will be expected. Ongoing certification and training in different areas of specialisation will be available
for the candidate to grow into. Eg. Routing and Switching / Wireless / Voice / Data Centre specialisations.
This engineer will be required to participate in a support rota.
